Uttar Pradesh / Kanpur: Drunk husband’s wife attacked him with a blade at such a place, went to the police station after 7 days in shame, to register an FIR, wife absconded!

A sensational case has come to light from Gujaini police station area of Kanpur metropolis of Uttar Pradesh. According to the information, after a minor dispute, the wife cut the private part of her husband with a blade. The incident happened on 14th June. Due to shame, after seven days, on Thursday, 22nd June, the Gujaini police got the case registered.

Azad, a resident of Varun Bihar of Gujaini police station area, told that on June 14, there was a dispute with his wife Sonam. After which he fell asleep. While sleeping at night, wife Sonam cut his private part with blood and fled from the spot. He told that out of shame he did not inform anyone about it. The victim’s husband has lodged an FIR against his wife at the Gujaini police station. On the other hand, the neighbors say that Azad is addicted to alcohol. He often used to beat his wife under the influence of alcohol. For this reason the wife took this step.

ACP Naubasta Abhishek Pandey told that a person has given a complaint in Gujaini police station alleging that his wife had cut off his private part with blood. In this case, investigation has been started by registering an FIR. The incident is being told of 14 June. In this case, evidence is being collected by questioning the neighbors as well. Whatever facts will emerge after the investigation, advance legal action will be taken accordingly.
