Punjab / Patiala: The excuse of getting wife’s fake surgery did not work, prisoner’s coming out of jail stopped, court ordered to register case against others too…!

The Patiala House Court has directed the police to take action against the detainee who sought bail on the pretext of fake surgery of his wife. For the last three years, a prisoner in jail on charges of murder sought bail from the court in the name of his wife’s operation. When the wife’s medical documents were examined, it was revealed that the report showed a disease of the brain, while the operation of the spinal cord was written.
Court ordered to register case
The court of Additional Sessions Judge Pawan Kumar of Patiala House Court has asked the Tilak Marg police station to investigate the role of accused Dharamveer along with others and register a case immediately. Along with this, a copy of the order given by the Sessions Court has also been asked to be sent to the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate of Tilak Marg Police Station, so that the Metropolitan Magistrate can act as the complainant in the case registered against the murder accused in this case.
The doctor had raised many questions on the documents
The doctor had raised several questions on the medical documents of the wife produced by the accused. The doctor raised the question that if surgery is not done immediately in the disease shown to the woman, there is a possibility of survival of the patient for five months. In these documents, the woman has been described as having a serious brain disease, while June 24 has been given as the date of the operation for the spinal cord.
There is no CT scan of this woman in the hospital records, whereas CT scan reports are mandatory to diagnose brain disease. Many English words are wrongly written on the prescription, like Bleed is written as Build, which a doctor usually never does.
