Its main goal is prosperity, self-reliance in rural areas and reducing the rural-urban gap.

He said that the government is committed to connecting villages with basic facilities so that the burden does not increase in urban areas, schemes like “Har Ghar Nal, Har Nal Jal”, Namami Gange to ensure that every person gets clean drinking water. Contaminated water is no longer flowing in the rivers due to the use of water treatment plants built at different levels under the scheme.

The Governor said that with the extensive cooperation of the Central Government, progress has been made in the areas of tourism, transport, power supply etc. in Uttarakhand and now we are ready to take it to new heights.
