Dargah and temple removed from Delhi’s Bhajanpura Chowk, people appealed for peace

Illegal temples and illegal dargahs were removed amid tight security in Bhajanpura chawk of Delhi (delhi news). For this, a large number of security forces were deployed. During this, the dargah was first removed which was more than three decades old. After removing the dargah, the process of removing the temple was started. The place from where the illegal construction is being removed is also known as Wazirabad Road.

Delhi Police and Central forces were also present during this action taken by the Public Works Department (PWD). To deal with any untoward incident, surveillance was also done with drones during this period. The police also appealed to the people to maintain peace through Mike.

Peaction
The police officer says that the work of removing illegal construction is going on very peacefully. The devotees of the temple are themselves removing the idols. There are still many areas in the North Eastern region which are coming in the way, action can be taken to remove them.
