The Supreme Court on Monday expressed displeasure at the Delhi government over the delay in work on the Delhi-Meerut Regional Rapid Transport System (RRTS) project. The court then directed the Delhi government to furnish details of its expenditure on advertisements for RRTS in the last three financial years.
