A shocking incident came to light on Sunday evening in Basgoi village of Sasni. A camel attacked its own mistress and killed her. On receiving the information, the area police reached the spot and with the help of the people present around, tied the camel and pacified it. The relatives refused to conduct the post-mortem of the dead body of the woman.

Pappu, a resident of village Basgoi, takes care of his family by working as a laborer with a camel cart. On Sunday evening, after doing wages, he tied the camel and went home. His wife Premvati went to water the camel. Then suddenly the camel became uncontrollable and started creating panic. During this the camel attacked its mistress Premvati. In this attack, the camel chewed Premavati’s hand and trapped her head in its jaws. Hearing the noise, the relatives ran to save the woman, but the camel started attacking them too. Hearing the cries, a crowd of people gathered. No one could gather the courage to save the woman from the violent camel.

Panic spread among the people

Panic spread among the people after seeing this scene. Someone informed the local police. After reaching the spot, the police got the camel tied with the help of the people. At present, the relatives have refused to conduct the post-mortem of the woman’s body. There is an atmosphere of panic in the village due to the violent camel.

Kotwal Keshav Dutt Sharma says that according to the relatives of the deceased, the camel got lost. For this reason he attacked the woman, due to which she died. The relatives refused to conduct the post-mortem. Now the condition of the camel is fine.
