On the other hand, the police informed in this matter on Wednesday that a case has been registered against a man in New Delhi for forcing his 30-year-old wife to watch dirty videos and dress like a pornstar.

The police further said that the woman, a resident of East Rohtash Nagar, alleged that her husband was addicted to watching dirty videos. The couple had married in 2020. A police officer says that the woman in her complaint has also accused her husband and his family of demanding dowry and harassing her mentally and physically.

Case registered against husband under various sections

The accused husband was booked on Tuesday under sections 498A (husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty), 406 (criminal breach of trust), 377 (unnatural offences) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code. Went. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Shahdara) Rohit Meena said that on the complaint of the woman, sections of the Dowry Prohibition Act were registered at Shahdara police station. He further said that statements of witnesses are being recorded and digital and other evidences are being collected for further action in the matter. At present, preliminary investigation of the matter is going on.
