Uttarakhand: In the Ankita murder case, Chauhan said – Government is determined to get justice for Ankita, accused Congress of doing politics
The BJP said that the Congress is raising politically motivated questions on the judicial process of the tragic Ankita case, which is unwarranted and it should show seriousness on such a sensitive issue. State media in-charge Manveer Singh Chauhan said that Ankita is the daughter of entire Uttarakhand and the government is determined to get justice for her. As soon as the Dhami government took cognizance of Ankita’s case, within 24 hours, the accused were taken into custody and action was taken against them under the Gangster Act. At the same time, after taking quick and strictest action against the accused without any discrimination, a strong case is being filed in the court. In this regard, the government is taking cognizance of the complaints of the victim’s relatives regarding the judicial process. The people of the state are fully satisfied with the policy and intention of the BJP government regarding this episode, but the Congress is not able to tolerate this.
Chouhan said that the praise received by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for his development, good governance and exemplary decisions in the country is not digestible by the Congress and it is moving ahead on the policy of creating ruckus on sensitive issues. Chouhan termed Congress’s attempt to make Ankita murder a political issue as political bankruptcy. He said that the issue-less and thoughtless Congress has also realized that under the leadership of Chief Minister Dhami, the works of all-round development, transparent law and order and giving a more comprehensive form to the cultural, religious and spiritual identity of the state are being praised all around. . Today, under the guidance of PM Modi, Uttarakhand is moving towards becoming the best state by 2025, while the opposition is moving towards doing politics on judicial process along with development works.
He said that the government is conscious about providing justice to Ankita’s family and is closely monitoring the matter. BJP is committed to respect and protect mother power. Congress is not going to get any benefit from doing politics on such issues, because the public knows everything and nothing is going to be achieved by such gimmicks.
