Uttarakhand: In the matter of Congress CBI investigation, Bhatt said tauntingly – Congress saying CBI investigation is wrong for itself and right in other cases shows the hypocrisy of Congress

The BJP said that Congress’s raving about the CBI inquiry is due to double mindedness, as it wants a CBI inquiry regarding the ruling party and when it faces this inquiry, it sees politics in it. State President Mahendra Bhatt taunted that in a single day the public is seeing the demand for CBI inquiry and the warning to protest. He said that the allegations made by the Congress on the Central and State Governments regarding the CBI investigation are baseless and mutually contradictory. The people of the state saw their double political character even yesterday when on one hand, the Congress veterans were protesting against the CBI investigation in the sting case, alleging misuse of constitutional investigative agencies, and on the other, the women’s wing of their party in the tragic Ankita episode. To make his politics shine, he was seen demanding a CBI inquiry. He said that all the agencies are investigating the sting episode or the Ankita episode with full transparency and as per the rules.
Responding to Harish Rawat’s questions on the timing of the investigation process, Bhatt said that he had no objection when the investigation was not being discussed, nor did he ever say or write on social media that the investigation should be expedited and a few days later Earlier, he was garnering public sympathy by talking about welcoming and co-operating with the investigation. He said that Harak Singh Rawat, who made allegations in this whole episode, is also in the Congress, he did not accept that the allegations leveled against the former CM are false. Now if you have done something wrong with the public’s trust, then you will have to face the investigation. Therefore, the public is well aware of the reality of the sit-in demonstration.
