Cases of theft incidents are registered in different police stations of the city. But a case of sandal theft has been heavily covered on the internet media. When the young man went to visit the temple on Sunday, his sandal was stolen from there. The youth has lodged an online complaint in this matter.

Kanti Sharan Nigam, a resident of Dakshin Daboli, had gone to visit Shri Bhairav ji located in Thana Gwaltoli area on Sunday morning. He took off the sandal outside the temple and when he returned after having darshan, the sandal was not in its place. According to Kanti, after this he had to return home barefoot.

Extremely hurt by this incident, he went to the website of UP Police and lodged his online complaint in Khoya Paya. In the online complaint, it has been said that the number seven colored grainy rubber sandal was thrown near the shop selling flowers in the temple, which was not found when it returned. He had bought these slippers with his honest earnings.

Kanti requests the police to find her lost slippers. Although this complaint is prevalent on the internet media, but till now the commissionerate police is not aware of it. According to an official, the complaint is registered directly in Lucknow and from there it is sent to the respective districts.
