Uttarakhand: Dhami’s attack on corruption again! Senior PCS officer involved in disproportionate assets case will be investigated by vigilance, government orders

The Dhami government has given instructions for an open vigilance inquiry against senior PCS officer Nidhi Yadav in the state. Vigilance also found many facts of disproportionate assets with him in the preliminary investigation. Recently, Nidhi Yadav got embroiled in controversies even during the DPC of PCS officers.
Senior PCS officer Nidhi Yadav has come under the scanner in Uttarakhand. The matter is of disproportionate assets, regarding which the government has now given permission to Vigilance to conduct an open inquiry against this senior PCS officer. In fact, recently the DPC of PCS officers was held in Dehradun, in which Nidhi Yadav was also to get a promotion, but after all the controversies, it was said that her DPC would be stalled.
Now the government has given permission for an open vigilance inquiry against Nidhi Yadav. Prior to this, the Vigilance Fund has conducted a preliminary investigation of Yadav, in which many facts of disproportionate assets have been found with him. Which was sent by Vigilance to the government. The great thing is that the government kept this file with it for a long time. After this, after the controversy escalated, Vigilance has been given permission for open investigation.
This is not the first time that Nidhi Yadav has come into controversy. Earlier, Nidhi Yadav came in controversies regarding the certificate related to reservation. However, this matter went to court. After this, the primary vigilance investigation of Nidhi Yadav took place. After investigation, Vigilance sent its report to the government.
Vigilance Director Amit Sinha told that permission has been given for vigilance inquiry against Nidhi Yadav. Now Vigilance will openly investigate the case of disproportionate assets, in which all the facts will be examined closely. Amit Sinha said that even in the earlier confidential preliminary inquiry, evidence of disproportionate assets was found. On this basis, open inquiry has been allowed. Sinha told that if facts are found in the open investigation, then permission will be given to file a case on that basis.
