The priest molested the girl who went to offer water in the temple
According to the information received, the matter pertains to the temple located at Chukhuwala in Dehradun. On the first Monday of Sawan, the girl had gone to the temple to offer water. The priest molested the girl in the pandir premises itself. When the girl raised an alarm, a crowd gathered on the spot and people created a ruckus.
Police arrested the priest
On getting the information, the relatives of the girl reached Dhara Chowki with a complaint. Based on the complaint of the relatives, the police arrested the accused priest. The accused has been identified as Narendra Singh Rawat. Police has registered a case against the accused. On getting the information, the officials of Hindu organizations also reached the spot and created a ruckus.
