Uttarakhand: Raid here on the instructions of CM Dhami, three officers were killed

On the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, three officers were caught during a surprise inspection by a joint team of local administration and state tax department. It is being told that suspension and disciplinary action has been recommended for the Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Mobile Team Assistant Commissioner posted in the State Tax Department Enforcement Unit, Dehradun, attaching the headquarters with immediate effect.
It is being told that during the inspection, 48 pieces of lease and 08 pieces of parcel and 17 pieces of Shatabdi Express were found respectively from Doon Express. Out of the pieces found in Shatabdi Express, 03 pieces of newspaper were found, which were released after being found correct after investigation. Taking the remaining total 70 pieces by the team of departmental and local administration, advance action is going on. Taking action by the departmental officer at Haridwar railway station, 23 pieces were taken from railway station to Roshanabad departmental office for further action.
After physical verification, it will be ensured that the goods being imported through Railways are covered by the bill/e-way bill. On investigation of the godown located at the railway station, it was found that the CCTV cameras located there have been defunct for two months, in which an investigation is being recommended from the level of competent authorities regarding the role of some railway employees.
