Bhatt said that special attention should be paid to linguistic decorum and conduct in public life. An unrestrained and insulting thing to an entire society became the reason for the punishment for the Congress leader and he had to lose the membership of Parliament. He alleged, all these political stunts are an attempt to influence all the judicial cases going on against Rahul Gandhi in the courts across the country. Because in the courts of many states including Maharashtra, Bihar and Haridwar, cases of insulting society, institutions and individuals are going on against them. On the other hand, due to the decision of the courts regarding Rahul Gandhi, due to which his membership was lost, the lower court and the high court have given the decision only after hearing the arguments of both the parties. His membership ended only under the constitutional process. Even before this, membership of many MPs has gone due to this rule. Now, because of this law, their own membership has gone, so they are blaming others.
Bhatt said that in the case of humiliating an entire OBC community, the court may have sentenced him today, but he has already been convicted in the public court. He also advised the Congress leaders claiming Uttarakhandiyat that only the court can give them relief in case of loss of membership of Rahul Gandhi, so instead of raving for him, he should give priority to wiping the tears of the people affected by the disaster.
