KCNA shared Kim’s statement on Wednesday, a day after North Korea confirmed the successful launch of the Hwasong-18 ICBM. The first test of the Hwasong-18 ICBM was conducted in April. Kim has described it as the most powerful weapon of his nuclear power. It was first reported by neighboring countries of North Korea soon after the launch. According to KCNA, the purpose of the launch was to verify the technical reliability and operational reliability of the missile.
South Korea, Japan, America criticized
South Korea, the US and Japan criticized the test but North Korea. He said that this has posed a threat to regional and international peace. US National Security Council spokesman Adam Hodge said in a statement that the US will take all necessary steps to ensure its own security, that of South Korea and Japan.
