Maharashtra / Nagpur: Killed his wife with a hammer, called the parents and said “Hello! I killed Archana…” Used to accuse wife of immoral relations
A shocking news is coming out from Nagpur in Maharashtra. It has been reported that in Nandanvan, Nagpur, a man killed his wife with a hammer due to doubt on her character. Not only this, after the incident, the heartless man called his wife’s house and told that he had killed Archana. After this, the ground slipped from under the feet of the family members of the woman. Nandanvan police registered a case against the accused person at the police station and arrested him.
Used to doubt the character of the first wife
According to the information received from the police, a few days after the marriage, the accused had started arguing doubting the character of the first wife. This was the reason that the first wife left him only after 6 months. After some time he remarried, but the disease of doubt had become incurable. He now started doubting the second wife as well. This painful incident has come to the fore from Nandanvan police station area of Nagpur yesterday.
Used to accuse Archana of immoral relations
The 38-year-old deceased woman was a resident of Nandanvan and her name is being told as Archana Ramesh Bharskar. The police have arrested the accused Ramesh Matiram Bharskar. Ramesh is in the business of selling fish and chicken. He used to doubt the first wife also, after leaving her, Ramesh got married for the second time only after 1 year. After the birth of two daughters, Ramesh started torturing Archana as well. He used to beat up his wife by accusing her of immoral relations. He used to thrash Rachna unnecessarily by slandering her character. Because of this, after 4 years of marriage, Archana left him and went to her maternal home Murtijapur with her daughters.
Archana started living in Nagpur for Ramesh’s treatment
According to the information received from the police, she came to Nagpur two-three times when Ramesh came to her maternal home. After a few days, Ramesh used to return after the torture started. She was living in Mirzapur since 7 years. Ramesh’s health had deteriorated 7 years ago, after which Ramesh’s family asked Archana to come to Nagpur. Archana came to Nagpur with elder daughter Pooja. He got Ramesh treated, due to which he became healthy. After recovering, he started harassing again.
After beating his wife, stayed in the house all night, then called in the morning
Police told that yesterday again he started slandering Archana’s character. When Archana tried to explain, he hit her on the head with a hammer. After this, Archana died on the spot. After staying in the house overnight with the dead body of his wife, he locked the door in the morning and went to the paan cart of the colony. From there he called his sister and told about the murder of Archana. In the morning, he called Archana’s brother Rajesh and sister-in-law Sadhna at his in-laws’ house and told them that he had killed Archana. Rajesh did not believe this at first, but later on getting information from Ramesh’s brothers Ashok, he came to Nagpur. When he reached home, the door was locked. When the door of the house was opened, Archana appeared in a dead state. The incident was informed to the police. As soon as the news was received, the Nandanvan police reached the spot and arrested Ramesh.
