Uttarakhand: Chief Minister’s announcements should be implemented on the basis of top priority – ACS Radha Raturi

During the review of the progress of total 17 announcements made by Honorable Chief Minister for Bageshwar Vidhan Sabha on Friday, Additional Chief Secretary Smt. Radha Raturi has instructed the officials to implement the announcements of Honorable Chief Minister on the basis of top priority. ACS Mrs. Raturi made it clear that all the departments should work seriously on the announcements of the Honorable Chief Minister by adopting the process of simplification with target oriented working style.
During the meeting, it was informed by the Dharmasva department that under the announcement of the Honorable Chief Minister, the order and funds have been issued from the government level for the renovation of Dharamshala and Kaal Bhairav Dharamshala under construction in Bagnath temple and further action is underway. Action is on to develop Harjeu Temple, Dafot, Nileshwar and Chandika Temple, Bageshwar from tourism point of view. Action regarding the site development of Kot Bhramari temple is also in progress.
It was informed by the Public Works Department in the meeting that a government order has been issued regarding asphalting of Paldi to Jainkaras motor road and Gurna to Naini Udiyar motor road. It has been informed by the Medical Health Department that the process regarding the acceptance of the building of Bageshwar District Hospital is in progress. It was informed by the Civil Aviation Department that the survey work will be started soon in connection with the expansion of Baijnath Mela Dungri helipad.
In the meeting, it was informed by the Transport Department that in connection with the efforts of the Government of India to get the Tanakpur-Bageshwar railway line constructed in order to get Bageshwar a place in the railway map, Commissioner Kumaon Division and District Magistrate Bageshwar, Champawat and Almora have been sent to Northeast Railway. Instructions have been given to provide its report in connection with the information related to the final location survey of the proposed Tanakpur-Bageshwar new rail line provided by Gorakhpur. It was informed by the Culture Department that the process is underway to declare the Kot Bhramari fair as a state fair.
Secretary Arvind Singh Hyanki, Harichand Semwal, Additional Secretary Vineet Kumar, Dr. Amandeep Kaur, C Ravinshkar, Jagdish Kandpal and other high officials of the concerned departments were present in the meeting.
