Uttarakhand: CM said – Changes are being brought in the system of working from 10 to 5, I also work till 11 pm

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that in order to develop a new work culture, the system of working from 10 to 5 is being changed. Said, I also work till 11 pm. Everyone needs to discharge their responsibility to make the third decade of 21st century the decade of Uttarakhand. The Chief Minister released the book ‘Uttarakhand @ 25 Bodhisattva Vichar Series Ek Nayi Soch-Ek Nayi Initiative’ in a program held at Chief Sevak Sadan located at CM residence on Saturday. On this occasion, he said that work is being done on long term plans for the development of the state. For this, a 10-year road map of all the departments is being prepared.

So far 20 departments have been reviewed. Cooperation of all the institutions of the government will be taken in the development of the state. Pantnagar Agricultural University will be made a partner in animal husbandry and agricultural development, Technical University will be made accessible to remote areas of the state for science and technology. He said that the plans being made for Adarsh Champawat will become the basis for all the districts of the state.

Separate development model made for Himalayan states

CM Dhami said that NITI Aayog has been expected to prepare a separate model of development for the Himalayan states. It is the priority of the government to develop an integrated model of holistic and all-round development by bringing together all the scientific institutions located in the state. Through which connecting the remote rural areas of the state with the mainstream of development, we can make this decade the decade of Uttarakhand by creating an equal balance between ecology and economy. On this occasion, Padma Bhushan Anil Joshi, Padma Shri Kalyan Singh Rawat, Secretary Finance Dilip Jawalkar, Program Coordinator Ucast Director General Prof. Durgesh Pant were present.

Investors from India and abroad willing to invest in the state

The Chief Minister said that an environment for investment and development is being created in the state. A Global Investors Summit will be organized in December. In which Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been invited. Investors of the country and the world are thinking of investing in Uttarakhand. About 80 million people visit Uttarakhand every year for Chardham, Hemkund Sahib, Kanwad Yatra, bathing in Haridwar, festivals, Purnagiri and other fairs. Arrangements are being made for this population. The Chief Minister said that we have to maintain the balance of our ecology and economy in the state.
