The Government of India soon took a decision and ordered the Taj Mahal to be covered. On the night of December 3, when Pak Air Force aircraft entered the Indian border, the whole of India was blacked out. This was done so that the Pak Air Force could not understand anything. In the meantime, the Taj Mahal of Agra was covered with green cloth, so that the Taj Mahal could not be visible to the Pak Airforce in the moonlight night.

Pak Air Force had dropped 16 bombs

In the year 1971, Pak Air Force planes entered Agra and dropped a total of 16 bombs. It has been told that at that time 3 bombs fell on the airstrip, but it caused only partial damage to the airport. Apart from this, the remaining 13 bombs fell in the fields around the rest of the airport due to blackout, which did not cause any damage.
