Himachal Pradesh: Debris fell again on Kalka-Shimla National Highway, road closed, supply of bread and milk stalled
The rains have created havoc in Himachal this year. While in the past, the Kalka-Shimla National Highway was once again blocked due to landslides, today again there has been a massive landslide near Chakki Mod. Due to which there is no possibility of opening of forelane at present.
A lot of debris fell suddenly
According to the information, efforts were being made to remove the debris from both sides of the road till noon on Saturday, but in the meantime suddenly debris started coming from the hill. The Kalka-Shimla railway line is also in danger due to continuous debris coming. Please tell that the railway line is passing at a distance of about 500 meters from the place where the landslide occurred.
Bread and milk supply stalled
On the other hand, due to repeated landslides, the Kalka-Shimla National Highway has been closed and the supply of bread and milk to Solan-Shimla has also come to a standstill.
