Just as Shah Jahan built the Taj Mahal in memory of Mumtaz, Ram Sevak Raidas built a temple in the memory of his wife in Fatehpur district. Actually, this matter has come to the fore from Padhara village of Bakewar police station area. Here the wife of Ram Sevak Raidas died on 18 May 2020 during the Corona period. After the death of his wife, he started disappearing. To preserve the memory of his wife, Ram Sevak built a temple in the field. According to the information, Ram Sevak Raidas is retired from the post of Amin. They were married on 18 May 1977. The husband also remembers the birth of the wife. He told that the wife was born on 18 May 1961. He lost his wife on 18 May 2020.
Ramsevak has 5 children, 3 boys and 2 daughters. They say that by worshiping in the temple as a sign of love, one feels the presence of a wife. That’s why he goes to his wife’s temple daily to worship. Initially, the villagers made fun of the decision to build the temple. Ram Sevak, who built the temple, told that as long as the wife was alive, she had immense love. She used to love so much that her shadow used to walk with her. Sometimes when I used to come to Virat at night, the shadow used to appear in front of me. In my lifetime, she came as an idol of renunciation and did not allow me to even pick up a straw. She used to say that I will do it, you sit. In this way, when he died during the Corona period, we became restless. We were so distraught that we were at a loss as to what to do. I started seeing her day and night. Suddenly a thought came to my mind that Shah Jahan built Taj Mahal for Mumtaz in Agra. I am a small man, I will build a small temple in memory of my wife and worship her. I will spend my whole life in his memory. He has supported us every step of the way throughout our life. I will support him till death and started living here after getting the temple built. I feel that even today she lives with me. I never get upset. His shadow always walks with me. I stay here and worship him. I take care of them morning and evening.
Ram Sevak told that there were many qualities inside the wife. The first quality was that even his father did not have a sister, his father also did not have a sister, he was born in the fifth generation. She was the youngest of five brothers. Secondly, he was born in the month of May. Marriage takes place in the month of May. He dies in the month of May itself. All the elite people who used to come to our place used to respect him. Because they had such a task, it was a sacrifice that they considered them as their sisters. When there was a program, big elite people used to come and honor him. Now I think that the temple has been established in the month of November, so whatever small or big program I can organize in this month. Staying here with them, I will worship.
