Uttarakhand: Bhatt’s taunt on Congressmen, said – Those who question the judicial process, are celebrating the immediate relief from the court

On the immediate relief granted to Rahul Gandhi by the Supreme Court, the BJP said that the country is witnessing the celebration of the Congress questioning the independence of constitutional institutions. Those who say Satyamev Jayate today used to point fingers at the judicial process till yesterday and they can repeat it. Because in future also he will point fingers for political gains. State President Mahendra Bhatt took a jibe at the Congress over the Supreme Court’s decision regarding Rahul Gandhi, saying that they should avoid unnecessarily rejoicing and celebrating. Because the Supreme Court has also accepted that Rahul Gandhi has made indecent remarks about an entire society. Therefore, in the interim, the court has only stayed the sentence. In fact, the court needs more clarity on the period of punishment awarded to Rahul and to avoid injustice to the innocent people of Wayanad, has stayed his sentence till the hearing is over.

He sarcastically said that Congressmen were celebrating as if Rahul had achieved some great achievement. State President Bhatt reminded the Congress that their leaders were claiming the end of constitutional institutions in India not only in the country but also abroad. Now these people are creating misunderstanding by celebrating the instant relief from the court as the victory of truth and justice, and celebrating the incomplete marriage.

Countering the rampant allegations of the celebratory Congressmen, Bhatt said that those who had committed the crime of dismissing the governments of 4 BJP-ruled states in the 90s when they were in power in the country were guilty of killing democracy. He has punished the court’s decision against him by giving the country an emergency and the powerful Prime Minister has single-handedly strangled democracy in the states 50 times. Bhatt said that the public is well aware of this strategy of the Congress to prove its victory as a momentary relief. At the same time, the public will definitely punish the Congress in the 2024 elections like in 2014 and 2019 for this fraud.
