DM Vandana Singh told that there are five enemy properties in the district. One of which has been encroached upon. Action is yet to be taken in the other 4. Here you are also told what is enemy property. Enemy property means the property of the enemy. The only difference is that this enemy can be a person who is living in the enemy’s country. There are five such enemy properties in Nainital district, out of which encroachment has been removed from one. DM Vandana Singh said that out of 4 other enemy properties, two are in Haldwani, while two are in Nainital city. People have captured them. Legal action is being taken to remove the encroachment, as soon as the legal action is completed, the encroachment will be removed immediately.
