The bride left her husband after two months of marriage in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh. Husband along with father-in-law reached the police station. Here also the bride created a ruckus. Said that the husband is of no use. Now I will be with my boyfriend. She did not agree even after the police explained. On this, the police asked him to stay of his own free will.

The matter belongs to Shikohabad police station area. The wife of a young man living here died long ago. He had a daughter. After the death of the mother, the father brought up the daughter. When she grew up, she was sent to her grandmother’s place. So that he can be well raised. After turning 18, she married a young man resident of Itauli village of Jasrana police station area. The youth used to work in Faridabad.

The husband told that he took her to Faridabad with him after marriage. But, the woman refused to live with him only after two months of marriage. She used to talk to her lover on the phone after her husband went to work. After some time, she started calling him home on the pretext. The friendship of both of them deepened. Two days back the husband had dropped her at her sister’s house.

There she called her lover and went with him. When the information came, the husband told the matter to his father. On this the father and husband complained to the police station. The police found the woman and called all three to the police station. Even after much persuasion here, the woman was not ready to go with her husband. During police interrogation, the woman accused her husband and in-laws of harassment. Said that the husband is of no use. Now she will not go with them. She will stay with her lover. At the same time, he told his father that his life was in danger. On this, the police took a written letter from the woman and asked her to stay of her own free will.
