A sensational case has come to light in Banda, Uttar Pradesh. Here a husband burnt his wife alive because he did not like the vegetable made by his wife. Before dying, in her statement before the magistrate, the deceased told the incident of excesses meted out to her. Everyone is shocked after this matter came to the fore. Police has registered a case in this matter. The deceased was a resident of Khotla Mohalla under Banda Nagar Kotwali. Jogmaya’s husband Mukesh, 30, often used to beat her up. They said that she does not cook food well. Vegetables are not cooked properly by him. According to the relatives of the deceased, her husband used to torture Jogmaya a lot. On Sunday, her husband came home drunk and started beating his wife mercilessly. The wife bled due to the fight.

Kept pleading not to fight with her husband

She kept pleading with her husband not to beat her. Neighbors have also confirmed this. She says that her husband used to beat and beat her in various ways. Many times the deceased also called his family members. He also came several times and explained to Mukesh but he did not improve. On Sunday, he told his wife that you have not cooked the vegetable properly. After this, he brutally beat his wife under the influence of alcohol. Even this did not satisfy him, so he burnt his wife alive by pouring kerosene oil.

Woman’s dying declaration

In the statement given before death, the woman informed that the husband first beat her fiercely and later burnt her alive by pouring kerosene on her because the vegetable was not cooked properly. Additional Superintendent of Police Govind Pal has confirmed this. A case has been registered in this matter. The police have taken the body into custody and sent it to Rani Durgavati Medical College for postmortem. When this was discussed with Superintendent of Police Ankur Aggarwal, he said that the strictest action will be taken against the guilty in this matter.
