Uttar Pradesh / Agra: Drunken inspector entered the house and started molesting the girl forcibly, the family members caught him and closed the door.
A shameful face of police has been seen in Agra. On Sunday night, a drunken inspector entered a house by jumping over a wall and then started forcing himself on a girl present in a room of the house. When the girl’s family members heard the sound, they reached her room. The inspector was caught red-handed by the family members in an objectionable position and beaten severely. Hearing the noise in the house, the villagers also gathered and together they tied the inspector to a pillar and beat him severely. People informed the police about this, when the police reached the spot they saw the inspector tied to a pillar in a semi-nude state. Some people in the crowd made a video of this entire incident and posted it on social media which is now going viral. The inspector has been suspended. An FIR has been registered against the Inspector in the rape case.

The whole matter is of Barhan police station area of Agra where the Inspector whose name is Sandeep Kumar is. He entered a house drunk and as soon as he entered the house, he started forcing himself on the girl. The inspector was also threatening the girl that if she did not agree, he would send her father to jail. Under pressure from the villagers, the inspector was taken to the police station but the police appeared to be avoiding action. Under pressure from the villagers who gathered at the police station in the morning, the police registered a case and the inspector was suspended and sent to jail.
FIR registered against Inspector
A constable named Sandeep Kumar was posted at Barhan police station. Officials said on Monday that a case of rape has been registered against the sub-inspector. A purported video of the incident is going viral on social media in which the sub-inspector can be seen tied to a pillar and some people gathered around him.
Based on the complaint of the 20-year-old woman, a case has been registered against the SI under IPC section 376 (rape). “According to the complaint received from the victim, a case of rape has been registered against Sub-Inspector Sandeep Kumar posted at Barhan police station,” Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) Sonam Kumar told PTI. DCP said, “On Sunday night, SI Sandeep Kumar was found with a woman in the village. After the incident, he has been suspended and a departmental inquiry has been instituted against him.”
