A video of Madan Bisht, Congress MLA from Uttarakhand Assembly seat Dwarahat, has gone viral. In this, he is seen threatening the Director of Engineering College, Dr. KKS Mer and using abusive language. Expressing displeasure over the director’s wife making the video, he was seen in the viral video using abusive language against the ruling party and the CM. On the complaint of Dr. Mer, the police have registered a case against the MLA. The MLA has also filed a complaint against the director alleging violation of protocol. However, no case has been registered on the complaint of the MLA.

Dr. Mer filed a complaint against the MLA

Director Dr. KKS Mer said in his complaint that around 9.30 pm on Saturday night, a person named Narayan Singh Rawat called him and made him talk to MLA Madan Singh Bisht. The MLA questioned him regarding the works and tender of the college, to which he replied. After this, many calls came on his other number which he did not receive. The director alleges that at around 10 pm the MLA along with his supporters reached his residence on the campus and started abusing and using indecent language. Narayan Singh Rawat, who accompanied him, asked the MLA to apologise. When he did not come out, the door was banged loudly. Due to this, the wife and daughter present in the house got scared. On the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case against MLA Madan Singh Bisht under sections 504, 506.

Viral video was discussed throughout the day

When the video of MLA Madan Bisht went viral, it was discussed throughout the day. Since both the parties reached the police station with their respective complaints, there was a huge crowd there.

MLA also filed a complaint against the director

MLA Madan Bisht and his supporters also submitted a complaint against the director alleging violation of protocol. The MLA said that he was returning from Chaukhutia tour. During this time, he called the Director of the Engineering College from the mobile phone of his representative Narayan Rawat regarding the mess and salaries of the salaried employees. Due to lack of contact, he was called several times from his number but he did not receive the call. Alleged that when he reached the director’s residence, abusive language was used against him. However, the police have not registered a case based on the MLA’s complaint.

A case has been registered against the MLA on the complaint of the director. A complaint has also been received against the director, which will be investigated. After this further action will be taken.

After which, on the night of 14 August, the police arrested Manmohan Singh from Kulhal area. During interrogation, Manmohan Singh confessed his crime. He told that he has been addicted to drugs for a long time. He has already gone to jail in drug smuggling and Arms Act cases. On the day of the incident, he had asked his mother for money for drugs. But his mother refused to give him money and also did not let him go out of the house. He fled with the money after the murder After which, Manmohan Singh, in anger, attacked his mother’s neck with a wooden stick kept in the house. Due to which she died on the spot. After the murder, Manmohan Singh wrapped the body in a mattress and set it on fire so that it appeared that the woman died due to burning. Manmohan fled on a motorcycle with 30 thousand rupees kept in the cupboard of the house and his clothes.
