Maharashtra / Dombivli: Husband sent to bring liquor, then friends took turns to brutalize the wife.
A shameful incident has happened in Kumbharkhanpada area of Dombivali, Maharashtra. Here a 19 year old girl was raped by two people. The victim was living in a live-in relationship with her boyfriend, but she considered him as her husband. She was preparing to leave his house. He had kept his luggage at the house of accused Dinesh Gadari, who was his acquaintance.
The girl went to see the goods with her husband
On the evening of 17 September, the victim along with her husband went to Dinesh’s house to check her belongings. At that time, both 22-year-old Dinesh Gadari and 30-year-old Sunil Rathod were at home. All these people were good friends of each other. Then both the accused asked the victim’s husband to bring liquor. Her husband went to buy liquor. The girl was alone at home. Taking advantage of this, Dinesh Gadari raped the girl, when the girl’s husband brought liquor, she told the entire incident to her husband.
Husband beaten after asking about the incident
When he asked about the incident, Dinesh and Sunil started beating him. When the victim came out of the house for help, accused Dinesh’s friend Sunil followed her. Then Sunil forcibly made the girl sit in the rickshaw and raped her. In this case, the victim has lodged a complaint at Vishnunagar police station. Police have arrested Dinesh in this case. He was produced in the Kalyan Court, from where he was sent to five-day police custody. Police said that a police team has been sent to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to arrest his absconding accused friend Sunil.
