Madhya Pradesh: Auto driver Bharat Soni who raped a 12 year old girl in Ujjain
The police disclosed the rape case of a minor girl in Ujjain district of Madhya Pradesh on Thursday evening. The 28-member SIT of the police searched 1000 CCTV footage for 72 hours and arrested the accused. The accused confessed to his crime during police interrogation and said that after seeing the 15-year-old girl alone, he took her to a deserted place and committed the rape.
Police received information on September 25
Ujjain SP Sachin Sharma said that on September 25, at 10.15 am, information was received at Mahakal Police Station that a girl was found abandoned and injured near Dandi Ashram, ahead of Murlipura on Badnagar Road. When the police reached the spot on receiving this information, the girl’s clothes were stained with blood. She was not even able to speak properly.
The girl was admitted to Charak Hospital
The SP said that the girl was immediately admitted to Charak Hospital, where five doctors treated her. During the investigation, it was confirmed that the girl had been raped.
The girl was referred to Indore
SP Sachin Sharma said that the girl had suffered internal injuries. In view of his serious condition, he has been referred to Indore. However, after treatment his condition is now fine.
