Uttar Pradesh / Kanpur: Farmer loaded goats in auto and reached police station for grazing marigold crop, talked about filing a case!

It is often seen and heard that sometimes a Nilgai, a cow or any other big animal damages the crop, then a dispute arises among the farmers. A similar case has come to light in Sadh police station area of Kanpur. A farmer loaded several goats in an auto and reached the police station and started pleading with the police personnel. The farmer said that these goats have grazed his Marigold crop, a case should be registered against its owner. The police were surprised at this. Later, the police caught the owner of the goats and somehow got the matter hushed up.
This case is of Gaurikkara village located in Bhitargaon. The farmer who reached the police station loaded with goats in the auto demanded that a case be registered against them or their owner. These goats damaged the marigold crop grown in the field and most of the crop was grazed. On this the police called the owner of the goats to the police station.
SSI Pramod Kumar told that when the owner of the goats was reprimanded in front of the farmer, the farmer also became satisfied. Meanwhile, the owner returned from the police station with the goats. On this whole matter, farmer Shailendra Nishad alias Chhotu told that he sowed marigold crop on the field towards the shore in Gaurikkara village. Goats were coming continuously for the last 10 days. The goats were damaging the crops. When I saw the goats on Tuesday evening, I got angry, so I took an auto and took all the goats in it and reached the police station. The farmer said that he had gone with a complaint letter against the goat owner, but the police reprimanded him and released the owner.
