New Delhi: Kejriwal said on the raid on MLA Amanatullah’s house – ‘PM Modi is trying to crush AAP, conducted raids on MLAs several times’
Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal said that more than 170 cases have been registered against AAP MLAs and out of 170, 140 decisions are in our favor.
He said that in the last two years they have started arresting our ministers and senior leaders. They arrested Sanjay Singh and also raided the residence of Amanatullah Khan.
Kejriwal said that the matter is in the court, so I will not say much, but if you heard the hearing of Manish Sisodia’s case, despite the judge saying so repeatedly, he did not have a single evidence. They have no evidence against Manish Sisodia, which means the entire case is fake.

PM conducted raids on AAP MLAs several times: Kejriwal
ED had raided the house of AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan last Tuesday. Delhi Chief Minister said that this is not the first time that PM Modi has conducted raids on AAP MLAs. He is bent upon crushing the Aam Aadmi Party. First of all he formed the Sunghalu Committee, no irregularities were found. He said, all the inquiries are fake. PM Modi’s agenda is not to end corruption. All the corrupt have joined BJP. PM Modi took names while accusing him of corruption. Two days later, these leaders were included in BJP. No arrests made in Morbi case. The BJP government in Karnataka was known as the 40 percent government.
What did Amanatullah Khan say on ED raid?
On the ED raid, MLA Amanatullah Khan said that I asked him what the investigation is about because I am already on bail in this case. On this the officials told that the matter is of ACB. This is a separate investigation.
The AAP MLA said, I told him that there could be irregularities, but if there is no corruption then how can a PMLA case be made? ED raided my house for 12 hours. We were harassed for 10-12 hours.
ED is plotting to kill Sanjay Singh: AAP
At the same time, Aam Aadmi Party alleged that at the behest of BJP, ED is conspiring to kill Sanjay Singh. AAP MLA Dilip Pandey said, the truth revealed after the appearance of AAP MP Sanjay Singh in the court yesterday has exposed the BJP’s cheap politics and spirit of vengeance. It became clear in the court that ED was conspiring to kill Sanjay Singh at the behest of BJP. ED and BJP should answer this.
It happened twice in ED custody that an attempt was made to take Sanjay Singh to an unknown place without the knowledge of the court. When asked by Sanjay Singh, ED’s reply was that there is an order from above. The question is who is giving orders to ED beyond the rules and regulations.
