A sensational case of fraud and blackmailing has come to light in Thakurdwara police station area of Moradabad, UP. Here the transgender cheated and married the young man. Now the transgender and her family members threatened to make the photo viral and demanded a lump sum amount of twenty lakh rupees. The young man was beaten up for not paying the money. On the orders of the court, Thakurdwara police has registered a case against four people including the transgender, her parents and brother.

On the complaint of Dr. Rajiv Kumar Gandhi, resident of village Badarjhalla of Thakurdwara Kotwali area, the police registered a case of cheating, assault and extortion against Hemlata, resident of Mohammadpur Rajouri village of Afzalgarh police station area of Bijnor, her father Tikraj Singh, mother Raso Devi and brother Karanveer. Have registered. This case has been written on the orders of the court. In the report filed, Dr. Rajiv Kumar told that he was married to accused Hemlata on 25 May 2019. During the wedding night, it was revealed that Hemlata is not a woman but a transgender. According to the victim, after the revelation, Hemlata beat him and abused him and called her family members.

It is alleged that Hemlata and her family members stripped the victim and took an obscene photo of her and threatened that if she told anyone about being transgender, the photo would go viral on social media. After this, Hemlata and her family members left with cash worth Rs 1 lakh and jewelery worth about Rs 5 lakh kept in the house. After this, the accused extorted lakhs of rupees by blackmailing them several times through different means. The victim alleges that on August 6, 2023, Hemlata forcibly entered the house with her parents and mother.

The accused demanded extortion money of twenty lakh rupees. Also threatened that if the money is not given then the photo will go viral. The accused also beat him up. According to the victim Dr. Rajeev Kumar, he complained to the police station, but no hearing took place. After this, even after sending the application to SSP through registered post, FIR was not lodged. Later an application was filed in the court. SHO Thakurdwar Bijendra Singh said that on the orders of the court, FIR has been registered against the four named accused and investigation is being done. Whatever facts emerge in the investigation, action will be taken accordingly.
