Specialist doctors will be deployed in all the districts of Uttarakhand, fourth phase of U Quote V Pay will start soon – Dr. R Rajesh Kumar

After returning from a four-day visit to Kumaon division, Health Secretary Dr R Rajesh Kumar held the 38th Executive Committee meeting of the Health and Family Welfare Committee at the State Secretariat today. Health Secretary Dr. R. It was told by Rajesh Kumar that the fourth phase of the U Quote V Pay model, operated for the appointment of specialist doctors in the medical units of the state, will be started soon. In which specialist doctors will be appointed to the posts of surgeon, gynecologist, radiologist, orthopedic, anaesthetist, pathologist, pediatrician, psychologist etc. and will provide health benefits to the common people in the border districts.

Gift to NHM employees

Health Secretary has given a big gift to NHM workers before Diwali. NHM employees had put forward this demand to the Health Secretary during their visit to various hospitals in the state. On which he put his seal of approval today. In the meeting of the Executive Committee, it was agreed to give the benefits of paternity leave, child care leave and child adoption leave to the eligible personnel working in the National Health Mission in the state as per Uttarakhand Government rules.

Whereas Health Secretary Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar said that under the free testing scheme, Dehradun Medical College of Garhwal Cluster and Haldwani Medical College of Kumaon Cluster will be conducted to check the quality of all 266 tests.

In the meeting, Swati Bhadauria Mission Director National Health Mission, Amandeep Kaur Additional Secretary Health, Sunita Tamta Director Health, Officer-in-Charge Dr. Amit Shukla, Dr. Rajan Arora, Dr. Pakanj Kumar, Dr. Fariduzfar, Dr. Mukesh Roy, Mahendra Maurya State Program Officer N.H. .M., Kavita Kaushal Consultant Human Resources and other officers/employees were present.
