The Narendra Modi government at the Center (PM Narendra Modi Govt) has approved non-productivity linked bonus (Adhoc Bonus) for central employees. Before Diwali, this is a big gift from the government to the central employees. The Finance Ministry on Tuesday fixed the maximum limit for calculating this bonus for central government employees at Rs 7,000 for 2022-23.
These employees will get bonus
It is noteworthy that Non-Gazetted Employees falling in Group B and Group C under the Central Government also get bonus. Apart from this, the benefit of Adhoc Bonus is also given to the employees of Central Paramilitary Forces and Armed Forces. In this bonus, you would get money equal to 30 days’ salary.
Information shared in office order
In this regard, an office order shared by the Department of Expenditure under the Finance Ministry said that for the accounting year 2022-23, a non-productivity linked bonus equal to 30 days’ salary will be given to centers in Group C. It has been given to government employees and all non-gazetted employees of Group B, who are not covered under any productivity linked bonus scheme, will also get the benefit.

Yes, the government can make a big announcement regarding increase in dearness allowance (DA Hike) of employees. It is expected that this time an increase of up to 4 percent may be seen in the DA of central employees.
4 percent increase in DA expected
The meeting of Union Cabinet and CCEA is going to be held today and a decision on DA hike can be taken in it. If the Modi government, as expected, increases the dearness allowance of central employees by 4 percent, then the DA they are getting till now will increase from 42 percent to 46 percent and there will be a bumper increase in their salary. However, till now no comment has been made by the government regarding DA Hike.
