MOU signed with ITBP, now Adi Kailash Yatra will be convenient

The journey to Adi Kailash and Om Parvat will now become even more convenient. To strengthen the facilities and connectivity for tourists here, the Tourism Department has signed an MoU with ITBP.

MOU signed between Tourism Department and ITBP

After PM Modi’s visit to Adi Kailash, the government has accelerated its efforts to develop it. The Tourism Department has signed an MoU with ITBP to provide facilities and better connectivity to the tourists coming here. Along with this, Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi has instructed the Tourism Department to work on the action plan of Manaskhand Temple Mala Mission.

Additional Chief Secretary took a meeting of officers

Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi held a meeting with officials at the Secretariat on Friday. In this meeting, it was discussed to encourage the devotees coming on Chardham Yatra to visit the temples of Manaskhand and Adi Kailash Yatra.

Along with this, the Additional Chief Secretary directed the Public Works Department to work to strengthen the connectivity of Garhwal and Kumaon regions and also to immediately send proposals related to construction of roads and bridges in the border areas to the Centre.

In the meeting, Tourism Department officials informed that now travelers will get better facilities during the journey to Adi Kailash and Om Parvat. The Tourism Department has signed an MoU with ITBP to provide better facilities and strengthen connectivity.
