Uttarakhand: Case filed against five including BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj, accused of breaking the seal and carrying out construction work

In Tehri displaced area, MDDA has registered a case against five people including BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj for breaking the seal of a sealed illegal building and carrying out construction work.

Let us tell you that on the orders of Nainital High Court, sealing action was taken by Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority against illegal buildings in Tehri displaced area. According to the information, Kotwali in-charge Inspector KR Pandey said that Assistant Engineer Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority Surjeet Singh Rawat has filed a complaint in this matter.

Case registered against five people including MP
In the complaint, Surjit Singh Rawat said that the illegal buildings were sealed by MDDA and the owners of the said buildings broke the seal of MDDA and started construction work there. On the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered against five people including BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj.

Case filed against all of them
On the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case under relevant sections against Unnao MP Sakshi Maharaj, Mukesh Jain, Manjula Patel, Krishna and Manoj.
