Uttarakhand: Two smugglers arrested with smack in Pithoragarh, case registered

In Pithoragarh, SOG and police have arrested two smugglers with 15.72 grams of smack. Among the arrested smugglers, 10.35 grams of smack was recovered from one and 5.37 grams of smack was recovered from the other.

SOG and Kotwali police have arrested two youths with 15.72 grams of smack. According to the information received, police was checking near Aincholi post. Meanwhile, a bike was stopped and checked here. During this period, 15.72 grams of smack was recovered from two youths.
Both the youths are residents of Dhanauda village
According to the information received, bike riders Amit Chand and Yash Chand are residents of Dhanaura, Pithoragarh. Police have recovered 10.35 grams of smack from Amit Chand and 5.37 grams of smack from Yash Chand. Police have arrested both the youths and registered a case. Along with this, the police has also confiscated the bike.
Eight boxes of English liquor and two boxes of beer recovered
Police also recovered liquor while checking vehicles at Ghat Band on Saturday night. While checking vehicles on the Ghat Band on Saturday night, the police searched a car. Police recovered eight boxes of English liquor and two boxes of beer from the car. Whereas the owner of the car fled before the police search. Police have registered a case against unknown persons and seized the car.
