Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar reached Uttarakhand on a two-day visit, welcomed by Governor Gurmeet Singh, Dhankhar will visit Chardham.
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar took off from Delhi and landed at GTC helipad in Dehradun. Uttarakhand Governor Gurmeet Singh welcomed him at the GTC helipad. Haridwar MP Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank was also present on this occasion. From GTC helipad, the Vice President will leave for Harsil in Uttarkashi. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will reach Gangotri Dham by road from Harshil Helipad. The Vice President will have darshan and worship at Gangotri Dham. In the evening the Vice President will return to Harshil Helipad from Gangotri Dham. Harshil will fly to GTC Helipad of Dehradun. Tonight Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will rest at Raj Bhavan in Dehradun.
Vice President will visit Chardham
On Friday, October 27, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will leave for Kedarnath Dham from GTC helipad. The Vice President will offer darshan and worship at Kedarnath Dham. Will meet the priests, priests and pilgrim priests of the temple. After this, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will fly to Badranath Dham. The Vice President will offer prayers at Badrinath Dham. After this he will fly to Dehradun from Badrinath Dham.
Will participate in FRI program
After visiting Chardham, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will return to Dehradun. The Vice President will reach FRI (Forest Research Institute) in Dehradun. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will participate in the program organized at FRI i.e. Forest Research Institute. After the completion of the program at FRI, the Vice President will go back to Raj Bhavan. After staying for some time at Raj Bhavan, the Vice President will go to Defense Colony. From Defense Colony, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will leave for Dehradun Airport and take a return flight to Delhi.
Chardham Yatra has made a record
This time the Chardham Yatra of Uttarakhand has made an all time best record. For the first time in the history of Chardham Yatra, more than 50 lakh devotees have arrived for darshan. About 18 lakh devotees have visited Kedarnath Dham alone. Cricketers like Rishabh Pant, Suresh Raina have also visited Chardham. Industrialist Mukesh Ambani and cinema fraternity Kangana Ranaut, Jacqueline Fernandez and Akshay Kumar have come to Chardham.
