Ravana Dahan programs were organized across the country yesterday on the occasion of Vijayadashami. But during Ravana Dahan in Chandauli, UP, something happened that is being discussed in the entire state. Former UP CM and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has shared a video, in which a herd of stray bulls are seen fighting under the effigies of Ravana before burning them. There was a stampede-like atmosphere in the fair ground after seeing the bulls fighting. Akhilesh has targeted the administration regarding this video.
Bull fight before Ravana Dahan!
Actually, a big program was being organized for Ravana Dahan in Chandauli. There was a fair in the grounds. There were thousands of people in this fair. A big effigy of Ravana was also set up for burning in the field. Before the burning could take place, suddenly a herd of bulls arrived below the effigies. There was a herd of dogs along with these bulls. The bulls fought under the effigy of Ravana as if they had been given the responsibility of the war between Ram and Ravana. As soon as they saw the fight of bulls in the field, panic spread among the people present there and an atmosphere like stampede was created. For several minutes, even the entire police team could not drive away these stray bulls. This entire fight continued for several minutes, only after which the policemen were able to drive away the bulls from there.
Akhilesh Yadav took aim
The people present there made a video of this entire incident. Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav shared the same video on his social media account and raised questions on the administration. Akhilesh wrote in his tweet, “The job of the administration is not only to give permission for the fairs but also to look after the security arrangements. If Anna Animal Fair administration and police are not able to see him roaming freely in the fair, then how will the public be protected from those anti-social elements who are not even visible. Protecting the public is the most sensitive duty of governments.”
It is noteworthy that even before this, Akhilesh Yadav has been attacking the Yogi government in the state regarding Anna animals and bulls roaming on the roads and markets.
