Uttarakhand: There was a fierce ruckus at the residence of Prem Chand Aggarwal, state agitators demanded 10% horizontal reservation.

The state agitators who played an important role in state formation are continuously demanding 10% horizontal reservation. But for this they have to wait a long time. Regarding this, today the State Agitational Forum went to the residence of M Chand Aggarwal and expressed its displeasure.
State agitators create ruckus at Minister Aggarwal’s residence
State agitators have been continuously demanding 10% horizontal reservation. But the state agitators have to wait a long time for this. Now the patience of the agitators is breaking. Because the tenure of the Select Committee has been extended by two more months.
Due to which there is anger among the state agitators. On Diwali and State Foundation Day, the state agitators were waiting to get horizontal reservation. But after further extension of the tenure of the Select Committee, he felt disappointed.
State agitators reached Minister Aggarwal’s residence
Chairman of Uttarakhand State Agitational Forum Select Committee reached the residence of Cabinet Minister Premchand Aggarwal demanding 10% horizontal reservation. Where the agitators raised slogans expressing their displeasure over extending the Select Committee meeting by two months.
During the meeting, heated exchanges were also seen between the cabinet minister and the agitators. However, later Premchand Aggarwal met the members of Rajyadolkari Manch and assured that it would be resolved as soon as possible.
Assembly Speaker asked the agitators to remain relaxed
Seeing the resentment among the state agitators over extending the tenure of the Select Committee by two more months, Assembly Speaker Ritu Khanduri made a humble request and said that when the government has said so, then definitely the changes that the agitators want will definitely be made.
The Assembly Speaker said that the agitators should remain absolutely relaxed. He said that the committee that has been formed will take a decision on this as soon as possible and the agitators will benefit from it.
