Uttarakhand: BJP State President took a dig at Congress, said – Sometimes the slogan of Jai Shri Ram also seemed communal, now they do not even accept the divinity and grandeur of Shri Ram Temple.

Targeting Congress, BJP said that there is no moral basis for its opposition to PM Modi in the consecration of Shri Ram Mandir. State President Mahendra Bhatt sarcastically said that those who always opposed the Ram Temple, have objection to Sanatan flag bearer Modi being a part of this program.

While reacting to the enthronement of Lord Shri Ram Lala in the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya on 22nd January, Bhatt described it as the fulfillment of the 500 years old dream of billions of Sanatani people. He said that after the martyrdom of lakhs of Ram devotees, that glorious moment has finally come when Lord Ram, the pinnacle of Indian culture, will give darshan to the devotees in his birthplace. With this news, there is an atmosphere of joy in Devbhoomi like the country.

On this occasion, while putting Congress in the dock for questioning the presence of PM Modi, he said, those who always oppose Shri Ram Temple do not have the moral right to speak on this subject. Showing a mirror, he said that these same people used to stand day and night in favor of the disputed Babri Masjid in the Supreme Court, while sarcastically revealing the date of construction of the temple. The same Congress used to submit an affidavit that Lord Shri Ram was imaginary and it was they who made every possible effort to delay the possible decision in favor of the temple in the court. Even after the decision in favor of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, whose top leaders did not bother to come here, today the flag bearer of Sanatan culture is objecting to Prime Minister Narendra Modi attending this golden occasion.

Bhatt taunted that those who once considered the slogan of Jai Shri Ram communal, now do not even accept the divinity and grandeur of Shri Ram temple. They are not only surprised by their big leaders not becoming witnesses of this historical and epoch-making event, but they are also surprised by all the religious people including the Prime Minister bowing their heads at the feet of Lord Shri Ram. The people of the state and the country are understanding the intentions of the opposition and will definitely teach a lesson to all these opportunistic Hindus opposing the PM when the time comes.
