Banks will remain closed for 15 days in November, know the holidays and complete your work on time
The list of bank holidays is released every month by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), which includes different cities of the country. Whereas, Sunday, second and fourth Saturday are holidays for all banks. Like every month, the Reserve Bank of India has also released the list of bank holidays for the 11th of this year i.e. November 2023. According to the list, banks will remain closed for 15 days in November, which includes second and fourth Saturdays as well as Sunday holidays.
Banks remain closed in some areas
In the list of bank holidays released by RBI, banks in some areas are closed. Holidays are categorized by RBI under three categories – Holidays under Negotiable Instruments Act, Real Time Gross Settlement Holidays and Bank Account Closing Holidays.
