While beating the police, the accused are also seen threatening to implicate the police by registering a case under the SC/ST Act. The viral video is said to be from November 5th. When the police reached the village on information, Hemsingh Jatav and his three other associates entered the police car and beat them up, broke the glass of the car and also tore their uniforms. The same victim, Head Constable Shailendra, has registered a case against the accused Hemsingh Jatav and his three other associates who assaulted him. Police have registered a case against Hem Singh and other three accused under section 332,353,323,504,506,427 and have started searching for the accused.
