Sealdah-Ajmer Express will remain cancelled, Secunderabad-Banaras special train will run via Prayagraj.
Sealdah-Ajmer Express running via Prayagraj will remain canceled for one day next month. It is being told that due to non-interlocking work and remodeling of Phulera yard on the Phulera-Govindi Marwar section of North Western Railway, train number 12987 Sealdah-Ajmer will remain canceled on 28 December and 12988 Ajmer-Sealdah Express on 27 December.
Railways has decided to run a special train from Banaras to Secunderabad on the occasion of Diwali and Chhath. Its operation will be via Prayagraj Junction. The timetable of the special train has been released by the Railway Administration. Train number 07005 will operate from Secunderabad on 15th and 22nd November and train number 07006 from Banaras will operate on Friday, 17th and 24th November. This train of 18 coaches will have 12 sleeper, four general and two SLR class coaches.
It will leave from Secunderabad at 9:40 pm on Wednesday, reach Prayagraj Chhivki at 1:55-2:00 pm the next day and reach Banaras at 6:30 am. Similarly, it will leave from Banaras at 8:35 am on Friday, reach Prayagraj at 12:45-12:50 pm and reach Secunderabad at 6:15 pm the next day. This train will stop at Jangaon, Kazipet, Pedpalli, Ramagundam, Bellampalli, Balharshah, Nagpur, Itarsi, Pipariya, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur and Prayagraj Chhiwki on both sides.
