Uttarakhand: Congress will intensify election campaign for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, big leaders will come on tour

Congress has also geared up for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The campaigns that the party has started to create an environment in its favor to end the 10-year drought will see further momentum after Diwali. Party stalwarts will tour the entire state and through several conferences the party will field its workers. Before the elections, the party has proposed tours of big leaders including the state president across the state. The dates of district worker conferences have also been announced for the entire month of November.

In these conferences, senior leaders including the party state in-charge will teach the workers about the issues raised among the public before entering the field and will also take feedback from them. Apart from this, three workers will be given training at each booth. For the first time, 1170 Mandalams have been formed by the party.

Apart from this, a team of 21 workers is being formed at each booth in 11 thousand 835 booths. Workers are being tightened to strengthen the organization at the block level. The party will go among the public on issues like inflation, unemployment, Ankita Bhandari murder case, recruitment scam. Every worker will be trained on how to present these issues among the public.

Dates of district worker conferences announced

The party has started this with district level worker conferences across the state. Under this, a joint conference of Garhwal division’s Chamoli on 16th November, Rudraprayag on 17th, Kotdwar, Mahanagar Kotdwar and City Congress Committee Srinagar on 18th will be organized in Pauri. Conference of Tehri Garhwal on 21st November, Uttarkashi and Purola District Congress Committee on 22nd will be jointly organized in Uttarkashi. District Congress Committee conference will be held on 25th November in Champawat, on 26th in Pithoragarh, on 27th in Bageshwar and on 28th in Almora.

We will go among the public regarding the 10 years of corruption and wrong policies of BJP. For this, workers are being prepared at the booth level along with district level worker conferences. Their suggestions are also being taken. Soon, big leaders of the party will also tour the entire state.
