Uttarakhand: Congress performed havan for the safety of 41 laborers trapped in Uttarkashi Tunnel, told the government to be confused
41 laborers trapped in Silkyara Tunnel of Uttarkashi district are fighting for their lives for the last 9 days. The government is running a rescue operation on a war footing to safely rescue 41 laborers trapped in the Uttarkashi Tunnel, but so far all efforts have failed. At the same time, on Monday, November 20, Congress performed a havan in Dehradun and prayed for the safe exit of 41 laborers from the tunnel. During this, Congress also targeted the government.
In Uttarakhand, Congress state president Karan Mahara performed a havan at the Panchayat Bhawan temple in Dehradun and prayed to God for the safe rescue of 41 laborers trapped in the tunnel. During this, Karan Mahara said that the government seems to be a bit confused regarding the rescue of 41 labourers.
Karan Mahara said that India is a country of beliefs and in such a situation today the Congressmen have prayed to God, so that the government gets wisdom and is able to take the right decision, so that the lives of the workers trapped in the tunnel can be saved. He said that after 5 days of carrying out the rescue operation, the government remembered that a JCB machine and a vehicle were stuck inside the tunnel.
Congress says that the government is also releasing separate lists of the number of people trapped inside the tunnel. This shows how confused the government is about the rescue operation. Mahara says that yesterday Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari also reached Silkyara and took stock of the rescue operation, after which some hope has arisen. But the way the delay is being done in evacuating the 41 laborers trapped in the tunnel, it raises questions on the working style of the government. It can be easily imagined what will be the mood of the workers trapped in the tunnel without sunlight, adequate food and oxygen.
Let us tell you that on Diwali i.e. on November 12, at around 5.30 am, debris suddenly fell in the under construction tunnel in Silkyara in Uttarkashi district, due to which about 41 laborers were trapped there, efforts are being made to rescue them, but till now the rescue team has not been able to rescue them. Has not got any success.
