Uttarakhand Global Investors Summit 2023: MoUs worth Rs 27 thousand crore with investors of Nainital and Udham Singh Nagar
A regional conference was organized in Rudrapur today under the Uttarakhand Global Investors Summit-2023. In which CM Pushkar Singh Dhami participated. During this, the CM addressed all the industry friends expressing his gratitude and said that the way the government got the cooperation and support of investors on foreign land. Similarly, all of you will be given cooperation and support here also. CM Dhami said that all our entrepreneurs are brand ambassadors of the state.
A regional conference was organized in Rudrapur under the Uttarakhand Global Investors Summit-2023 in a private hotel in Rudrapur. In which Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami along with many industry friends and representatives also participated in the regional conference of Investors Summit. Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya, Regional MLA Shiv Arora, Lalkuan MLA Mohan Singh Bisht were also present in the program.
While addressing, CM Dhami said that he got cooperation and support from investors on foreign land. Similarly, we will also get cooperation and support from all of you. He said that all our entrepreneurs are brand ambassadors of the state. If investment increases in Uttarakhand, employment opportunities will also increase. If opportunities increase then unemployment will also reduce in Uttarakhand. He said that by adopting the basic principles of simplification, resolution, disposal and satisfaction, the state has made unprecedented progress in the field of Ease of Doing Business. The system of ‘single window system’ for approvals like licenses etc. has been improved in the state and a system has been started for all the approvals required for establishment and operation of business.
He said that 6 thousand acres of land is available in Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar districts. We really want to work and work is being done in detail on what and what kind of facilities and arrangements the investors need in the state. Communication has been established with entrepreneurs. 99 percent of the problems raised in the meeting of the State Level Industry Friends Group have been resolved. He told that MoUs worth Rs 4312.90 crore have been signed for 139 units of Nainital and Rs 23163.77 crore for 295 units of Udham Singh Nagar.
