PM Modi called CM Dhami again, took update on Uttarkashi Tunnel Rescue, said – there is no shortage

But the rescue operation took a little longer due to technical reasons, so they made a camp office there.

CM Dhami and VK Singh are in Silkyara

CM Dhami said that the rescue operation is going on in Silkyara Tunnel of Uttarkashi. We are all trying to overcome all the obstacles soon and bring out all the labor brothers safely. Union Minister VK Singh is also in Silkyara since Thursday. This morning also VK Singh arrived inside the Silkyara Tunnel to take stock of the rescue operation.

Along with this, CM Dhami’s office said that PM Modi spoke to CM Dhami on phone. During this, information was taken about the rescue operation of workers trapped in the tunnel under construction in Silkyara, Uttarkashi. Along with this, some important instructions were also given to the Chief Minister. The Prime Minister directed that there should be no shortage of any kind in relief and rescue work. He also asked about the progress of the rescue work. Also asked the Chief Minister that if any other support is needed then please inform about it also. Also took information about the families of the workers.

PM Modi gave these instructions to CM Dhami

The Prime Minister said that when all the workers come out, better arrangements should be made for their health checkup and if necessary, to send them to hospital and home. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also spent the night in Uttarkashi on Thursday night. He has also made his temporary camp office in Matali. This camp office has been built so that there is no hindrance in other government works.

CM Dhami did not celebrate IGAS

Yesterday, Chief Minister Dhami had decided not to celebrate the Igas festival which is celebrated with great pomp in Uttarakhand. No special program was organized even at the Chief Minister’s residence on the occasion of Igas on Thursday. People who reached the Chief Minister’s residence also celebrated this folk festival by worshiping the cow with simplicity. On this occasion, people prayed for the safe return of the workers trapped in the tunnel.
