Uttarakhand: 41 laborers… a few meters away, the whole of India united to save them, know from where they got help, foreign friends also got support
It has been 13 days since the rescue operation going on in Silkyara, Uttarkashi. Every day is bringing a new challenge in this rescue operation. However, it is said that all the workers will be rescued by Friday evening. As challenging as this task has become for all the people doing the rescue, the people who have been confined inside for 13 days are in much more dilemma. It can be understood that what happens to a person if he gets stuck in the lift even for a few seconds, but 41 laborers have been stuck in the tunnel for 13 days. To get the workers out safely, help is being received not only from Uttarakhand but also from the entire country, many experts from abroad are also helping.
Help also came from other states: On Sunday, November 12, the day of Diwali, when 41 laborers were trapped in the tunnel, perhaps all the agencies of Uttarakhand were thinking that they would rescue everyone after a few hours. No one knew how big a mountain had fallen in front of the workers. But gradually, as it became clear that the task was very difficult, not only did all the experts of the country come in contact with the state government, but the Uttarakhand government also contacted all the states to save the stranded people. To make every plan successful in Uttarakhand, the Central Government also deployed all its agencies.
Air Force played an important role
First of all, the drilling machine came from Delhi, which did the work of removing debris to a large extent in the first two days. After this, when things did not work out, once again an American organ machine was sent from Delhi, which played the most important role in the rescue operation so far. The plan was for drilling from above, so Gujarat was also not left behind, immediately the giant machine from Gujarat also reached Uttarkashi. The Air Force played an important role in immediately reaching all these machines. Considering the importance of time, machines were sent from states like Gujarat and Delhi in a single day.
When it came to pipes and other machines, Madhya Pradesh also put forward its hand. Two big state-of-the-art auger drilling machines were sent from Madhya Pradesh to Uttarakhand. The good thing is that in this rescue operation of Uttarkashi, no time was spent in bringing any machine or other equipment.
Help received from foreign countries in rescue
Hyderabad also cooperated to save the workers in Uttarkashi. Not only did teams of experts from Hyderabad immediately reach Uttarkashi, but a big organ machine was also sent to Uttarakhand. Along with this, a big drilling machine which came from Chennai is also standing ready at the railway station of Rishikesh. It will be sent to Uttarkashi as soon as it is needed. Himachal and UP have also assured the Uttarakhand government of providing all possible assistance. Along with this, Earth Organ Machine was brought from Odisha. Although that machine was not used much, but if there is a need to make another hole from the back of the tunnel, then this machine is very effective.
Help is also being received from abroad
Not only from India, help has extended from abroad also regarding the Uttarkashi accident.
