Uttarakhand: Ija Baini Mahotsav will start from 30th in Haldwani, glimpse of folk culture will be seen

A grand Ija Baini Mahotsav will be organized in Haldwani on 30th November. A grand Ija Baini Mahotsav is being organized in MB Inter College campus. Whose logo was launched today by the district officials including District Magistrate Vandana Singh.

CM Dhami will also participate in the program
During the Eja Baini Mahotsav, 259 schemes worth Rs 713 crore of the district will be inaugurated and foundation stone laid. Along with CM Dhami, all the MLAs of the district including the minister in-charge will also be present in this program. District Magistrate Vandana Singh said that this program is being organized to promote mother power and folk art, handicraft and self-help groups of Uttarakhand.

You will get a glimpse of folk culture
A special exhibition of 26 products from 13 districts will be organized in the Eja Baini Mahotsav. Apart from this, GI tagged products will also be shown here. Live depictions of products produced by women entrepreneurs will be shown. Apart from this, Amma’s kitchen will also be showcased to promote the dishes made from mountain grains. A glimpse of folk culture will be seen through colorful programs in Eja Baini Mahotsav.
